First Kiss
I was on the haunted house ride at Disneyland with this boy, and he asked if he could kiss me. I was thinking it was going to be a princess kiss like in the movies. He leaned in, and a big, slimy, slobbery tongue went down my throat. I pulled away and said, “Yuck!” So he started to cry. So we’re both on the ride, crying.

At a skating competition when I was seven, dancing to music from Oliver Twist. I wore a fluffy, shiny blue-and-green dress. I looked like a bedazzled marshmallow. I placed fourth and cried because I didn’t get to stand on the podium.

There was a major development in the hot chick/athlete world yesterday that made no blogs, no television reports, no newspapers, etc. Allison Stokke, a senior at Cal, finished her conference career with a dud “No Height” in the Pac-10 Championships, ending the run of one of the Internet’s sports darlings. It seems like just yesterday we were discovering her very first collegiate image, which sent the sports blogs into a frenzy way back in 2008. It was also that year that Cal threatened us over the use of the official Allison Stokke photo the university was selling for $65. It’s the end, my friends, but not before a special look back at what was and will always be a pageview goldmine.

According to the results yesterday from Tucson, Arizona, Stokke took passes on her first two attempts and a no height on her third at 12-6 3/4. With no successful vault, the Queen of Sports Blogs was finished.

Why is this shocking? Because Stokke finished 8th at the NCAA Indoor Championships this year after clearing 13-11.75 to set a Cal indoor record in March.

It’s unclear what’s next in life for the Newport Beach, California native and one-time candidate for Spike’s Sexiest Athlete Award.

Did you act intimidating toward Jay Baruchel, your leading man, so he would be nervous around you?

No. He told me from the start that I wasn’t out of his league. He made it very clear.

Have you ever dated a guy not considered “in your league”?

I mean, who knows? All that stuff is subjective anyway. What people find attractive differs. If a guy likes a girl with dark hair, then I’m not a 10 for him.
What advice would you give a guy trying to date out of his league?

Shave your balls—it makes you seem like you’re getting a lot of action.
Jay’s character plays an airline security officer. Has one of them ever found something embarrassing in your luggage?

No, but one time they kept asking me if I had fruit. They pulled me aside and asked, “Do you have any bananas?” And it’s always a bit embarrassing when the guy goes through your underwear, but it is what it is.
The movie was shot in Pittsburgh, which Sienna Miller famously called “Shitsburgh.” What did you think?

The people were very welcoming. We just descended on the city—like 100 of us—and no one complained.
What did you guys do for fun?

We went out to strip clubs. They were really intense, but the ladies there were very nice.
Strippers always seem to want to give female patrons lap dances. Was that the case?

Yes, and then they sit and talk. I’m always interested in why they strip. A lot of these women do it for their college education or because they have kids.
You must have been a real buzz-kill for the dudes with you.

They didn’t know what we were talking about. We went into the champagne room.
A few scenes in the movie take place at a Penguins game, and they won the Stanley Cup last year. Did you guys bring them luck?

I hope so. They were great. I love hockey. I was actually practicing slap shots earlier.
Do you work out a lot?

I do yoga—that’s my exercise of choice.
Is there a body part that you’re particularly proud of?

I like my lady bits. What does Fergie call them? Your humps? That’s it, my humps!
You went to Oxford, probably the world’s best college. Do you know Greek and Latin?

No, but we did have to learn Middle English, which is even more useless than Latin.
How are you able to drop your British accent so easily?

We’re exposed to a great deal of your culture over in England.
You mean you watched a lot of episodes of Friends?

Ha, yeah, I sure did.
You’re also in the new Sex and the City movie. Why should dudes go see it?

This one is more guyfriendly, especially my story line. I play Charlotte’s nanny, and she spices things up a bit.
Not, uh, like we know the characters or care or anything, but Harry doesn’t start cheating on Charlotte with you… does he?

I can’t say anything else. I don’t want to be sued for $10 million.

Kelly’s re-imagined new series for NBC.  All we can say is, it’s about f***ing time.  We have been wowed and wondered by Adrianne since her Smallville and FNL days and there is absolutely no logical / acceptable reason that this girl has yet to become a household name.  Congrats Adrianne, we can’t think of anyone who would look hotter in the invisible jet.

Your dad got his start on Late Night With David Letterman back in the ’80s. Is it weird to be working in the same building?
Totally. He actually met my mom there. She was working as a talent booker for the show. So I have lots of memories of going to the studio and watching my dad, but it wasn’t until high school that I really got the humor. My grandparents met at 30 Rock, too.
Your grandfather Bob appeared on SNL in the ’70s, your dad was a cast member in the ’90s, and you’ve been on since 2008. It seems inevitable.
When I was seven or eight, I came the week Sarah Jessica Parker hosted, and in high school I went a lot. I always felt a connection.
How old were you when you started?
I was 21. Thank God, because if I had been underage, it would’ve been so depressing. But it’s a lot tamer than in the old days. It’s the same cocaine schedule, but without the cocaine.
